In 2010:
- We received 243 referrals -a 68% increase over 2009
- 120 of the referrals were from young people
- Since opening in 2003 we have received 1078 referrals
- 9 fully qualified counsellors currenlty work at Kernos and provide between 46 and 50 counselling hours per week
- 72% of our clients are female and 28% male
- 12% of our clients work full time. This compares with 21% in 2007
- 24% are on benefits, 45% students
- 51% clients were funded through various specified funds. This compares with 20% who were funded this way in 2006
- 90% referrals were from the Sudbury area
