Julie Lowe is embarking on a gruelling cycle ride on the 11^th to the 25^th October to raise funds for the Kernos Centre in Sudbury.

As from the 1st August the Kernos Centre is now able to add people to its much reduced waiting list.

This coincides with the Kernos Centre re-opening for referrals for adults who need counselling support from the 1st August. The waiting list had become so long in January this year that the Kernos Centre was only able to take on new referrals for adolescents - because this work was funded by the Suffolk Foundation.

Jenny Ager - Volunteer fundraiser at Kernos Centre - ran a successful Golf event at the Saracen’s Head, Newton Green on Monday 13^th July. The event raised £976 to support our work . We would like to thank Theresa Symons of the Saracens Head who donated all of the profits from the golf day and evening meal to the Kernos Centre.
