Living With Depression (a course for those struggling with depression and want to find ways to manage it better)Christina Holland, a Relate trainer is facilitating this course at the Christopher Centre in Sudbury from 2pm -4pm on Thursday afternoons

Kernos 2005 Christmas Quiz has gone International!
Our winner this year was boy genius Thomas Bardsley of Belgium. 11 Year old Thomas lives with his family who work for the European Community in Belgium. The prize of £50 has really swelled HIS pocket money!
More people than ever competed, we even had to re-print more entry forms as the Quiz is getting so popular.
It has raised £500 to help our Charity counsel people in need, who may not otherwise be able to afford it.
